According to him, he walks at least 17,000 steps a day, and that number increases significantly on match days. However, he emphasized that the most crucial elements are proper sleep and diet.
“I eat based on what my body needs. I sleep for at least 9.5 hours daily. Without enough rest, the body simply can’t stay fresh and perform well,” he added.

Ronaldo follows a strict nutrition plan created by his personal dietitian. He avoids fast food and outside meals entirely. He also tries to go to bed by 11 PM and usually sleeps until 8:30 AM—a consistent routine that helps keep his body in top condition.
